i love coming to this cafe :) i’m a DSP and work with an adult with a mental disability who absolutely loves coming here. they remember the little details about his order as well as his name. it makes his whole day. thank you to the tuesday morning staff for always being so friendly!! i don’t always spend money while working but couldn’t resist trying their breakfast burrito special today and it’s SOOO good!
If you’re looking for me, there’s a solid chance I’m at Collier’s—multiple times a week at this point (it’s fine, I’ve accepted it 😂). Truly one-of-a-kind, the best staff, the coziest atmosphere… it just hits every time. I always leave happier than I walked in, which says a lot before coffee. Today was my first time visiting Collier Cafe and won't be my last. The food was amazing! And the service was awsome. Very clean and well kept , kid and pet friendly. Ran and owned by an adorable local young couple (total sweethearts♡) If your looking for a new coffee spot I'd definitely recommend collier's cafe!!
Wish I could give more than 5 stars! My first visit to Collier Cafe today was fantastic—and it definitely won’t be my last. The space is super friendly, clean, creative, and welcoming, with great lighting that makes it perfect for dining in or grabbing something to go. The team was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all my questions and even offering thoughtful suggestions when I asked. Highly recommend you stop in and experience it for yourself!
Pittsford needed a spot like this!! The lavender honey latte was delicious! The carrot cake cupcake hit the spot! The service was impeccable! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she was such a sweet soul. The drinks are handcrafted, you can taste the care and perfection that goes into them with each sip. The fresh florals on the tables, and local artwork on the walls make this place a bright, vibrant spot to grab coffee with a friend, or work remotely. I cannot wait to watch them continue to thrive!
SO cute! My daughter and I stumbled upon this little gem and fell in love. Coffee is delicious and food was 10/10. We got the sourdough avocado toast and strawberry ricotta toast. Definitely will be back!
We got the snickerdoodle latte, strawberry lemonade, cold brew with house-made salted caramel syrup, and the buffalo chicken wrap. Everything was PHENOMENAL! Everything is so fresh and local, all the syrups are made in-house, and the service and owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and warm. It’s a very cozy spot with natural light, beautiful art, and a great atmosphere. Whether you’re here for a quick cup of coffee to go, a sit down coffee date, or a study spot it is a wonderful cafe perfect for Pittsford. Cannot recommend this place enough!
Nice staff, appropriate prices, and the food is pretty good! It's not super fancy — I think that's a welcome change among indie cafes. The one-star reviews must've been expecting something much different than what Collier's actually is
Cute corner cafe in the town of Pittsford. It’s in a great location with stores nearby to walk around after grabbing coffee. The inside is more spacious than it looks from the outside with plenty of seating. The service was pretty quick and the staff were friendly. I got a breakfast sandwich. The eggs were freshly made and the croissant was flakey. The food was reasonably priced. The only complaint I have is that the ventilation wasn’t too great, so the smoke from the kitchen was stuck on my clothes when I came out. But overall I enjoyed coming here and would come back again.
Collier’s Cafe sits on a corner plot and was flooded with sunlight making it a warm and inviting place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, pastries, teas and coffees. There is plenty of seating and the walls are adorned with beautiful local art to purchase. In the back there is a good sized seating area for 8, a comfy sofa and even a high chair for the little ones. Bri (owner) was absolutely fabulous. She made us feel very welcome. Ally was super friendly and smiley. We ordered the Hot Pumpkin Spice Latte, Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate, Single Origin Honduran, Coffee Blend and Toast with Butter. I am not really a hot chocolate kinda person but their hot chocolate was rich and decadent without being overpowering. The velvety taste transported me right back to Geneva (Switzerland). The Pumpkin Spiced Latte was full of flavour. Their homemade syrups are absolutely delicious. The single origin Honduran Drip Coffee was very reasonably priced, tasty, low acid and unexpectedly hot in comparison to lukewarm coffees we have been drinking. A wonderful cafe with outstanding service and scrumptious goodies for all tastes. There is ample free street parking.
